Almost done! Omg I’m almost done. All I need to do now is to finish up the robots, hide the swatch layer, put in a simple color background, and I’m done. The end is in sight for me!! \o/ Darn it I forgot to color the guy on the right’s shoes. Will put that on my “to do” list 8|

Slowly making progress in the coloring. About 75% done with “Set 1”.

I do have other things to show besides the the progress of the commission playmat. However this is just my main focus right now since there’s a lot of things in there that need to be colored and whatnot. :X;

I’ve been sketching things on my “not working” time. I have two of Yogscast headshots I’m finishing up. One of them I need to put in some flat colors, the other I need to finish the lineart for it before I put in flat colors.

After at least 17 hours I finished the line art for my friend’s play mat design. Now that the hard part is over, I can finally start coloring. \o/ As you can tell, I started coloring one of the people’s hairs. So I’ll probably work more on it tomorrow.

This is the next yu-gi-oh playmat I was commissioned to do by another friend of mine (He asked me last year to draw his Dragon playmat).

This time he asked me to draw our “Dragon family” group (which consist of me and my friends shown on the mat) with our main dragons (Dark Armed Dragon, BEWD, White Night Dragon, Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8), four non-dragon monsters (which represent the other decks we run: 2 Gladiator Beast decks, Ancient Gears, Wind-ups), and 2 Card Troopers (aka: our robot butlers as my friend likes to call them).

I apologize for the wip being extremely messy, but that’s how I do the basic outlines and whatnot. lol I have finished inking the Card Trooper on the left and one of my friends (the one who commissioned me) with his “set”. I’m starting to draw my set next (me with Blue Eyes White Dragon and Ancient Gear Beast) as you can tell.

This is probably one of the bigger projects I’m doing right now so it’ll take me a few months to finish. I really hope this turns out well. >_>;;

Finished Nigel Stratos! :D He was the hardest one to color, but I’m very happy on how he turned out. Now time to finish up Nigel Bubbleman, and the “SMASHING!” that’ll go across the top. I’ll work more on it tonight when I have the chance.

After watching Hannah, Duncan, Rythian, & Sjin play Assassin’s Creed 3 Multiplayer on the Yogscast Livestream, I wanted to draw Sjin as “The Bee”. I will definitely erase the pencil lines and color this later with Copics.

Slowly making progress on the yugioh commission mat. I got a lot of progress done and mainly worked on the Nigel!Stratos. Today was a very productive day.

I was commissioned by the same friend who wanted me to the “Smashing!” Grounds earlier. You can tell he really likes that Smashing meme. ^^;

Well this time he wants me to do a yu-gi-oh! mat for him. He asked me to draw Alius, Stratos, and Bubbleman with Nigel Thornberry’s face on them. He also wanted the word “Smashing!” going across the top of the mat. My friend gave me freedom to put them in any pose I want. So I decided to give them silly poses. I mean, how can you make it serious with Nigel Thornberry’s face on it? XD So I based the poses off of different Sentai series.

These are just the basic outlines so sorry if there are things that are wrong. I’ll do the proper fixings later when I start the line art. ^^;

I drew the lineart for this one like…last year iirc? I don’t remember, but it was an idea me and mmiyazaki came up with. We were talking about Pokemon and figured they would behave like their real animal counterparts (minus all of the attacks/abilities/etc.). It then somehow turned into the idea of a Luxray chasing a Stantler in the fields, like something you would see on the National Geographic Channel or on Animal Planet. lol

I want to finish this one, and I’ll do it durin’ Thanksgiving or Christmas break.

Randomly drew this as an idea for a new yugioh playmat. Idk if I’ll finish it, but only time will tell. The idea was based on the first yugioh deck I had, a spaceship deck (aka: “Pew pew!” deck). I thought it would be cool to feature them working together to beat the Dyson Sphere. lol
